About this job
Penske Logistics is hiring full-time local CDL-A drivers in Chambersburg, PA to deliver booms and lifts to customers. You'll be home every day and off on weekends.
Pay
- $29.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours
- Driver referral bonus program worth up to $5000 per referral
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, no weekend work
- Shifts start at 3 PM
- Home daily
Equipment
- You'll operate late-model Penske trucks built with comfort-focused specs
- Trucks include inward- and outward-facing cameras for added safety
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL, with residence and licensing in the same U.S. state
- Must hold or be able to get a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years
- No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record
- Must pass a background check, drug screening and meet English language proficiency rules required by federal law
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
