Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $28/hr, Home Nightly

This local, home-nightly driving role is based out of our company's Windber, PA terminal, running freight across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia and Ohio on a Monday-to-Friday dayshift averaging 50-60 hours a week.

Pay

• $28 an hour

• Extra $0.02 per mile safety bonus

• $3,000 bonus for each driver you refer

Home time

• Home every night, reporting daily to the Windber, PA headquarters

What you'll haul

• 53-foot dry van trailers, fleet averaging 4.5 years old

• Freightliner and Western Star tractors, averaging 2.68 years old, all automatic

• You're assigned your own truck, no slip seating

• Freight is 100% no-touch, with more than 70% drop and hook

• PrePass Plus and a driver app handle paperwork, payroll and time-off requests

Requirements

• CDL Class A license

• At least 1 year of driving experience

• Minimum age 23

• Clean record: no major convictions (DWI, DUI, hit and run, homicide, assault, license suspension/revocation, reckless driving) in the last 5 years

• No more than 4 minor moving violations in the past 3 years, and no more than 2 in the past year

• Must live within daily commuting distance of Windber, PA
