Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $26/hr, Home Daily + $5000 Sign-On

Penske Logistics is looking for full-time CDL-A drivers in Marion, OH to run fleet routes, shuttles and yard spotting while getting home every day. You'll handle a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads of manufacturing parts in late-model, camera-equipped trucks built for comfort.

Pay

• $26 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours

• Average annual earnings around $91000

• $5000 sign-on bonus

• $1.50 shift differential

• Safety incentives worth up to $3000 a year

• Monthly fleet performance bonus of $200-$300

• Extra $35 per day if your shift flexes beyond 2 hours

• Paid weekly, on Fridays

You're home daily on this route.

What you'll haul

• Manufacturing components, moved as both drop-and-hook and live loads

• Fleet route coverage, shuttle runs and yard spotting as needed

• Late-model Penske trucks with strong specs and inward/outward-facing cameras

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Roughly 50 to 60 hours weekly

• Customer demands can mean unplanned overtime

• Shifts may flex up to 2 hours; beyond that, you're paid an extra $35/day

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with a license from your state of residence and U.S. domicile

• Current or obtainable non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• English language proficiency per DOT rule 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening

• Reliable attendance and the ability to stay alert and safety-focused throughout your shift

• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and to safely get in and out of the cab and cargo area
