Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $24–$25/hr, Home Daily

Our company is hiring a local CDL-A driver to move donated goods between its retail stores and warehouse in Colorado Springs. You'll be home every night, and most loads involve drop and hook with minimal handling.

Pay

• $24 to $25 per hour depending on experience

• Daily Pay option available so you can access earnings before payday

Home time

• All driving is local; you return home every night

What you'll haul

• Donated goods moved by tractor-trailer between Goodwill retail locations and warehouse sites

What you'll do

• Load and unload cargo safely, following FMCSA and CDOT rules

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues

• Plan efficient, safe routes and keep accurate delivery logs

• Help out in other departments as needed, and occasionally cover longer routes short-term within hours-of-service rules

• Handle tire chains when conditions require it

Requirements

• Valid CDL with current medical certificate

• Two years of CDL driving experience preferred, though not mandatory

• Clean, safe driving history; MVR and background check required

• Must meet minimum age requirements set by the company's auto insurer (21+ for non-passenger driving, 25+ for CDL and passenger transport)

• Valid Colorado driver's license

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and use a pallet jack or dolly

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
