Local CDL-A Tanker Driver — From $25/hr

Our company, an Agri Beef subsidiary in Moses Lake, WA, needs a local truck driver to deliver cattle feed supplements to customers. You will run a multi-unit Class 8 truck rated for more than 24 tons and keep it in working order.

Pay

• Starts at $25.00 per hour

What you'll do

• Check your truck before each run (tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, water) and turn in the required reports

• Load, drive and unload at customer sites

• Read tank levels and make sure tanks and pumps are working

• Complete load paperwork to SFSF standards and keep your ELD log compliant

• Follow customer delivery instructions and pass along load details

• Handle basic troubleshooting and roadside repairs when needed

• Follow safety and company policies, take part in required training and keep a steady attendance record

Requirements

• Class A CDL with tanker and doubles endorsements

• Meet USDOT, State DOT, FMCSA and CFR rules, including DOT medical standards

• Ability to read maps, use GPS, and read and write English

• Basic math skills and comfort learning custom software

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of maintenance or mechanical experience or training

• Able to climb 13 ft to the top of a tanker trailer and lift up to 60 pounds from floor to waist

• Work is mostly outdoors on slick, uneven surfaces
