Local CDL-A Tanker Driver — $29–$30/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Our company, a longtime, locally owned company in Stanwood, WA, is hiring local CDL-A tanker drivers for double-tanker milk hauling. This is a company driver role with a rotating schedule and a full benefits package.

Pay

• Starting pay is $29.00 per hour, rising to $30.00 per hour once trained

• Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours

• A $2,500.00 sign-on bonus is paid out over your first year

• Annual pay works out to between $108,000.00 and $110,000.00

Schedule

• Day shift milk driving with double tankers

• Rotating schedule, typically 5 days on/3 off or 4 on/4 off

What you'll haul

• Milk, hauled locally in a double tanker setup

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Tanker endorsement required (or able to get one); Double/Triple endorsement also required (or obtainable)

• Clean enough MVR to meet company standards

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience, though exceptions may be considered case by case

• Must meet all DOT requirements

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies, take direction from dispatch, and handle loading/unloading correctly
