About this job
This local shuttle role in Manassas, VA has you moving 53ft trailers between loading doors for a major logistics company, with automatic transmission trucks and a set overnight schedule. You'll be home daily.
Pay
- $33.50 per hour, averaging $1350 per week
- Overtime kicks in after 40 hours
- Regular pay increases over time
Schedule
- Friday through Monday, 9:00pm to 7:30am
What you'll haul
- Shuttle work moving 53ft trailers in and out of loading docks
- Light-touch freight handling
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months of CDL-A driving experience in the past 3 years
- Clean driving record over the last 2 years
- Hands-on experience with 53ft trailers
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Comfortable running pre- and post-trip inspections, keeping accurate logs, securing loads and checking trailer condition per DOT safety rules
