About this job
Our company is looking for a local CDL-A Shuttle Driver in Commerce City, CO to haul full trailers to the domicile and bring empty ones back to the distribution center, with dispatch starting between 7am and 9am.
Pay
- Gross annual pay runs $68,000 to $74,000.
What you'll haul
- Full trailers of general freight moved between the distribution center and domicile.
- Occasional line haul or backhaul runs as needed.
Responsibilities
- Complete pre- and post-trip rig inspections and file DOT inspection reports.
- Make sure freight is properly secured for a damage-free trip.
- Keep accurate driver logs, manual or via PeopleNet, per DOT rules.
- Follow safe practices to protect yourself and the product.
Requirements
- Minimum age 21.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience or 50,000 verifiable miles.
- Must meet our company's MVR and risk standards.
- English proficiency sufficient to follow safety instructions and job communications.
- Subject to background check and drug screening.
