Local CDL-A Medical Delivery Driver — $30/hr

This is a local CDL-A driving role in Lacey, Washington, hauling medical products to hospitals on evening and overnight shifts. It pays $30 per hour and is a temp-to-hire position with full-time hours.

Pay

• $30 per hour, full-time

Schedule

• Evening and overnight shifts, with start times around 9:00 PM or 6:00 AM depending on the customer

• Work Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday, with two consecutive days off

• Start times stay fairly consistent through the week

What you'll haul

• Medical products delivered to hospitals, or relay routes from Lacey to designated exchange points

• Routes usually involve 1-3 stops per trailer

• Freight is hands-on: expect to load and unload using an electric pallet jack and liftgate, break down pallets as needed, and lift items weighing 50-60 lbs

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a doubles (T) endorsement

• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable driving experience

• Current DOT medical card

• Able to handle touch freight and repeated lifting of 50-60 lbs

• Delivery experience preferred; food and beverage delivery is a plus

• Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years

• Must meet DOT/FMCSA standards and be at least 21 years old

• Completion of a 10-day training program covering safety and compliance
