About this job
This is an overnight, home-daily linehaul run moving FedEx Ground trailers between stations within Florida for our company, a contracted service provider that has worked with FedEx Ground for 20 years. It's solo, drop-and-hook work, so you won't be handling freight by hand.
Pay
- $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
Schedule
- Shifts run roughly 8-10pm to 6-7am, with the driver back home each morning
- Weekend availability needed, with year-round work
- Holiday pay kicks in after 3 months on the job
What you'll haul
- FedEx Ground trailers, moved between various FedEx Ground stations
- Drop-and-hook only, with no freight handling required
- Routes stay entirely within Florida
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with double/triple trailer endorsement
- Clean driving record, Clearinghouse approved
- Effective English communication
- Comfortable working nights
- Able to pass a driving test, background check, and drug screen
- At least 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience
