Pay
- Per-mile rate of $0.50 - $0.70
- Activity-based pay plan; average annual earnings $76,000, top 10% of earners $86,000
- Extra pay for activities such as stops ($57 each), drop/hook ($36 each), detention ($23 - $28 per hour) and driver load/unload ($45 per load)
- Holiday pay of $220 and new hire training at $200 per day
