Local CDL-A Intermodal Driver — $32/hr, Home Daily

Our company, a family-owned carrier operating since 1892, is hiring a local CDL-A driver for intermodal freight out of Galesburg, Michigan. You'll run Monday through Friday and be home every day.

Pay

• Starting at $32.00 per hour, all hours at straight time

• Typical schedule runs 50–60 hours weekly, which works out to roughly $1,600–$1,920 in weekly gross pay

• Weekly direct deposit every Friday

• Quarterly bonus up to $250 tied to safety, attendance and equipment care

• Weekend shifts available if you want extra hours

Home time

You'll be home every day, running a Monday–Friday schedule.

What you'll haul

Intermodal containers, 100% no-touch — you won't load or unload freight. You'll be assigned a late-model Volvo day cab with air ride, A/C, Bluetooth and AM/FM, plus electronic logs on a company tablet.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, must transfer to your home state within 30 days of hire

• At least 2 years of Class A driving experience

• Minimum age 25

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements are a plus, not mandatory

• Clean driving and safety record; MVR, DAC, PSP and CSA checked

• Pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
