Local CDL-A Fuel Tanker Driver — $30–$44/hr

Our company, a family-owned bulk petroleum carrier in Southern California, is hiring CDL-A Hazmat Fuel Tanker Drivers for local routes. You'll handle fuel deliveries to customers across the region and be home every day.

Pay

• $30.00–$44.00 per hour, varying by years of service

• Extra pay premiums for weekend shifts

• Overtime available

Home time

• Home every day

What you'll haul

• Petroleum products delivered throughout Southern California using company-provided tractors and tankers

What you'll do

• Load and deliver fuel following safety rules and company procedures

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Keep accurate logs and use onboard ELDs

• Plan routes around Southern California traffic using GPS or maps

• Keep your truck and trailer clean

• Be available for weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime

Requirements

• Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat (X) endorsements

• At least 36 months of recent, verifiable commercial driving experience

• Experience operating vehicles over 26,000 lbs GVW

• Pass a physical exam, background check, and drug/alcohol screening

• Valid medical certificate with no restrictions

• Pass the company's road test

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds

• TWIC card preferred, not required

• Prior petroleum hauling experience a plus
