Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver — $32/hr, No Weekends

This is a local flatbed driving job based in South Elgin, IL, running routes through Illinois and lower Wisconsin, Monday through Friday with no weekend work.

Schedule

• First shift starts at 6:00am

• 40 hours guaranteed per week with possible overtime

• Home every day

What you'll haul

• Day cab tractor paired with a 48' flatbed trailer

• Loads require tarping and strapping

Pay

• $32 per hour

• Weekly earnings typically run $1,300–$1,700

• Quarterly safety bonus up to $500, up to $2,000 per year

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 12 months of recent driving experience in similar flatbed equipment

• Must pass a DOT drug test and physical, with a clean driving record

• Physically able to lift, bend, push, and pull as needed for tarping and strapping
