Local CDL-A Truck Driver — $1,300–$1,400/Week, Home Daily

This is a full-time local dedicated driving job based out of Oak Park, IL. You run the same dry van lanes on a steady schedule and are home every night. No driving experience is needed, because the company trains new drivers with paid training.

Pay

• Weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,400, which adds up to $67,600 to $72,800 a year

Home time and schedule

• Home daily, with no overnight runs

• Work 5 or 6 days a week, with day and night shifts available

• Fixed lanes, customers and weekly schedule

What you'll haul

• No-touch dry van freight, so there is no loading or unloading

• Late model automatic trucks and 48' to 53' dry van trailers

What you'll do

• Drive a CDL-A truck on local dedicated routes

• Inspect the truck before and after each trip

• Keep your ELD logs accurate

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies

• Keep dispatch updated on your progress

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license; entry-level drivers are welcome

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record, with no SAP program or DUI history

• Pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screen

• Live within 50 miles of Oak Park, IL
