Local CDL-A Driver — Home Every Night, Starting at $65,000/yr

Our company, a retailer based in Central Ohio, is hiring a full-time local CDL-A driver to run in-state routes out of Plain City, OH. You'll sleep in your own bed every night and work a consistent daytime schedule.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday is the usual lineup, roughly 7:00am to 5:30pm

• Daytime hours, full-time, with weekend work being the exception rather than the rule

• Expect a consistent 40 hours a week, all year long

What you'll haul

• All runs stay inside Ohio, with heavy travel along the I-270 corridor

• Weekly scheduled trips to Cincinnati, Dayton, and Cleveland

• You'll load and unload freight yourself using a pallet jack

• You'll drive either a 53' tractor trailer or a 28' box truck equipped with a lift gate

Pay

• Starting salary is $65,000 per year, with higher pay available based on your experience

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum age of 21

• At least 12 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years

• No more than 2 moving violations over the past 3 years

• Clean record with no DUIs, no other major violations, and no accidents

• Able to pass a DOT drug screen and a background check before starting
