Our company is hiring a local CDL-A driver for daily deliveries in the Chicago area, with predictable routes and no overnight or weekend work.
Pay
- Starting at $75,000 a year

Schedule
- Shifts begin between 2:00 and 4:00 AM depending on the day's stops
- Expect 10 to 12 hours on the road
- Set routes to the same destinations
- No overnight trips and no weekend shifts
What you'll do
- Load and secure freight using straps, chains and binders per DOT rules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and file DVIRs
- Keep delivery paperwork, logs and inspection records accurate and on time
- Drive safely in line with federal, state and local trucking regulations
- Interact professionally with customers at each stop
- Follow the company's safety procedures
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL with a clean driving history
- Able to pass DOT physical and licensing standards
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong safety mindset, attention to detail and time management
- Solid communication and customer service abilities
