Local CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, Average $1,538/Week

Run a dedicated Target account out of Chicago with this local CDL-A opening at Herman N Logistics. You'll be back home every night, working mostly drop-and-hook freight on late-model automatic trucks with 53-foot trailers.

Pay

What you'll haul

• Routes stay local to the Chicago area, with the farthest round trip near 91 miles

• Minimum of two loads daily

• Roughly 95% of freight is drop-and-hook

• On the remaining loads, you'll use a pallet jack to unload, and that work is compensated

• Newer automatic trucks paired with 53-foot trailers

• You'll need your own dependable way to get to and from the yard

• Trucks stay on-site, not taken home

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• A minimum of 3 months of documented Class A driving experience

• SAP drivers will not be considered

• Driving record free of major issues

• Valid DOT medical certificate

• Weekend availability is required
