About this job
Our company Inc. in Windsor, VT needs a first shift CDL-A driver for local LTL freight runs across VT and NH. You'll be home every day, working Monday through Friday with a 7:30 AM start.
Pay
- $34.00 per hour, a newly increased starting rate
- Overtime kicks in after 40 hours a week
- Quarterly bonus for safe driving
- Drivers reach top pay after 4 years
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start
- Home every day
What you'll haul
- LTL freight picked up and delivered throughout the VT/NH region
- Both commercial and residential stops
- You'll stay in touch with dispatch to manage your route, stops, and any delays
Requirements
- Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement (BSP will help you get the endorsement if you don't have it)
- Valid DOT medical card
- At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must pass a DOT drug test and physical
- Clean driving and safety history
- County-level background check required during onboarding
- Able to push, pull, and lift items over 75 lbs
