OTR CDL-A Truck Driver — Up to $0.85/mi

Our company is looking for experienced OTR Class A drivers to run freight concentrated in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast - no West Coast lanes. You can choose to run as a W-2 employee with full benefits or as a 1099 contractor.

Pay

• Starting pay is $0.75 per mile (W-2) or $0.80 per mile (1099), with performance bonuses pushing top earners up to $0.85 per mile

• Typical gross runs $2,400 to $3,000 a week

• Performance tiers add a $500 bonus for strong performers and $1,000 for drivers with a clean record and top results

• Extra bonuses available: up to $1,000 performance bonus, $1,500 referral bonus, and up to $500 for a clean DOT inspection

What you'll haul

• OTR runs only, no regional routes at this time

• Lanes focused on the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast

Requirements

• 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience

• At least 12 months of that experience must be OTR

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No drug or alcohol violations or test refusals
