Local CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, $24.00/hr Minimum

Our company, a family-owned food distributor in Tiffin, OH, is looking for a Class A CDL driver to run same-day local delivery routes serving Northwest Ohio and the Midwest.

Pay

• You're paid whichever is greater: a minimum hourly rate of $24.00/hour (up to 50 hours/week), or a weekly guarantee that starts at $1,150 in year one, rises to $1,200 by year six, and $1,250 by year eleven

• On top of that, you can earn performance compensation from day pay, mileage pay, piece pay, stop pay, and backhaul or load pay

• Typical annual earnings fall between $59,800 and $85,400 or more

• A $200/week bonus is available for performance and attendance

• You're paid bi-weekly by direct deposit

Home time

• You're home every day on same-day routes

• Expect occasional overnight trips, up to once a week

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, with day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• No OVI convictions in the last 3 years

• Able to lift, bend, twist, and climb with loads that average 50 lbs

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
