Local CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, $1,400–$1,800+/Week

Our company is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Walmart retail account based in Gordonsville, Virginia, with daily home time and a steady 5-on/2-off schedule.

Pay

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,800+, with top earners seeing $1,800+

• Annual earning potential is estimated at $70,000–$95,000+, depending on productivity and route assignments

• A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified drivers

• Extra stop pay opportunities may boost earnings further

Home time

• You'll be home every day

• Work schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off, with the same two days off each week

• Includes a weekly 48-hour reset period

• Shifts typically run 11 to 14 hours

What you'll haul

• Dedicated freight for Walmart's retail account

• Mix of dry and refrigerated loads

• No-touch freight with live unloads at delivery sites

• Routes cover Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, averaging 1,600–1,700 miles weekly

• You'll drive newer day-cab tractors in a slip-seat arrangement, meaning trucks are shared among drivers

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Live within 50 miles of Gordonsville, VA

• Dependable transportation to reach the distribution center

• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Solid driving record and good customer service skills

• Able to handle long shifts and stay on schedule
