Pay
- Daily rate of $405 to $425
- $200 training pay for new hires
- $354 per day for holidays worked
- Drivers in this role have averaged $107,000 a year over the past six to twelve months, though actual earnings depend on things like activity volume, training, endorsements, tenure, equipment and days worked
