About this job
Our company is a family-owned carrier running local routes around Toledo and Genoa, OH, with year-round work hauling a mix of freight types. You'll be home every day, though OTR runs are available if you'd rather be on the road.
Pay
- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Paid weekly
- Safety bonuses on top of hourly pay
Home time
- Daily home time on local routes
- Volunteer OTR runs available for drivers who prefer to be over the road
What you'll haul
- Wide variety of equipment and commodities: roll-off, tanker, flatbed, pneumatic, lowboy, end dump and van trailers
- Some touch freight involved
- You'll need to be comfortable switching between trailer and load types
Requirements
- CDL-A preferred, with 2 years of driving experience preferred
- Must keep your truck clean every day
- Dependable and adaptable to changing daily schedules
