About this job
Our company is hiring a solo CDL-A driver for a local delivery route based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia, running freight to destinations across Virginia and Maryland. You'll work nights, five days a week including weekends, with two consecutive days off and home time every day.
Pay
- Average weekly earnings reported at $1,671–$1,735, with a listed average annualized figure of $86,892.
- You're paid cents per mile plus extra for loads and stops; exact rates get confirmed when you're screened.

Home time
- Home every day, with two consecutive days off each week.
What you'll haul
- Automatic-transmission trucks pulling 53-foot trailers, averaging about 1,300 miles per week.
- You'll handle freight yourself: loading and unloading using an electric pallet jack, and bringing returns back to the distribution center.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum three months of driving experience (exact criteria confirmed during screening).
- Available to work nights and weekends on a five-day schedule.
- Comfortable handling freight with an electric pallet jack.
- Your own vehicle to commute daily to the Fredericksburg facility.
- Able to operate equipment safely and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
