Local CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Daily Home Time, $5,000 Sign-On

J.B. Hunt is looking for local CDL-A drivers to join a Dedicated Contract Services account in Federal Way, WA, hauling steady freight for one customer. You'll get home every day and be paid under an activity-based plan that rewards safe, efficient work.

Pay

• $0.54 to $0.58 per mile

• $30 per stop when no touch is required

• $45 per stop with driver assist

• $25 per load on doubles

• $200 to $400 per day for outsource work

• New hire training pays $20 per hour, with $30 per hour for overtime

• $300 per day for holidays worked

• A limited-time $5,000 sign-on bonus

• Drivers in this role have averaged $92,000 a year in the past six to twelve months, though actual earnings depend on things like activity volume, training, endorsements, tenure, equipment and days worked

• Possible safety and performance-based bonuses

Home time

You'll be home daily on this dedicated account, with on-site management support and paid online orientation to get you started.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 months of trucking experience
