About this job
Our company is looking for a CDL-A City P&D Driver to run local pickup and delivery routes out of their Salt Lake City, UT service center. You'll be home every day on a Monday-Friday full-time schedule.
Pay
- Starting at $36.67 an hour
Home time
- Home every day, Monday through Friday
What you'll haul
- City pickup and delivery freight with multiple stops each day
- Work includes scanning equipment, direct customer contact, and liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years
- Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious commercial violations and no more than three moving violations in three years
- Minimum age 23, or 21 for those who qualify under FMCSA's military-to-civilian CDL transition rules
- Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and road test
- Able to bend, lift and stoop as needed
- Doubles/Triples, Tanker or Hazmat endorsements, hazmat hauling experience, local delivery, LTL, or electric pallet jack experience are a plus
