About this job
Ryder is hiring a local commercial driver in Woodstock, ON to run routes between pick-up and drop-off terminals on a Monday to Friday day shift, with start times around 4am or 5am. This is a full-time, regular position paying $26.12 per hour.

What you'll do
- Drive a commercial motor vehicle between terminals, keeping trips safe, on time and compliant with DOT rules
- Spot and address safety hazards along the way
- Keep accurate trip records and logs
- Help load or unload freight when a customer site requires it
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement
- At least 9 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- No more than one moving violation or accident (excluding parking) in the past 12 months
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and apply relevant rules and procedures
