About this job
Our company is looking for a Class 1A driver to run local loads around Saskatoon, SK, with dry van and intermodal container freight. You'll sleep in your own bed every night, and you may be asked to pitch in at the warehouse now and then.

What you'll haul
- Dry van and intermodal containers, staying within the Saskatoon area
What you'll do
- Run local routes while sticking to traffic and safety regulations
- Load, unload and tie down freight, operating a forklift as the job requires
- Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep logbooks current and stay within Hours of Service limits
- Pitch in with warehouse tasks when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years behind the wheel with a commercial Class 1 license
- Current Class 1A (AZ) commercial license
- At least 1 year in a warehouse setting, including forklift experience
- Background working with intermodal containers
- A driver's abstract free of issues
