Pay

• $26.15 - $31.50 per hour

• Work schedule runs 18.0 - 32.0 hours per week

What you'll haul

• Load types rotate depending on equipment on hand: reefer, flatbed, tanker, or auto-haul

• Some runs may involve hazmat freight

What the job involves

• Driving commercial tractor-trailers, which may include manual shift trucks

• Loading, unloading, and strapping down freight

• Doing pre- and post-trip inspections on truck and trailer, plus logging trip and delivery paperwork

• Staying compliant with DOT, FMCSA, and hazmat rules as they apply

• Navigating by GPS and updating dispatch on route status

Requirements

• Current commercial license matching the vehicle and route you're assigned

• Solid record of safe driving and proper cargo handling

• Prior experience in delivery, route, or long-haul driving is a plus

• Background running reefer, flatbed, tanker, or auto transport is a plus

• Hazmat endorsement a plus for loads that call for it
