About this job
Our company needs LCV certified drivers for round trip runs between Toronto and Halifax, based out of either Ontario or Nova Scotia depending on your home terminal. You'll haul temperature-controlled TL/LTL loads on this dedicated lane.
Pay
- Weekly mileage rates plus accessorial pay
- Guaranteed daily pay
- Overtime kicks in after 60 hours
- Typical schedule runs 40 to 50 hours per week
What you'll haul
- TL/LTL temperature-controlled freight between the Toronto and Halifax areas
- Pickups and drops as assigned
Equipment
- Newer trucks, with auto-shift options available
- Company car for use during down-time at certain locations
Requirements
- Valid LCV (Long Combination Vehicle) certification required
- At least 5 years of verifiable AZ or Class 1 driving experience
- Clean criminal record check
- Clean driver's abstract (CVOR for Ontario drivers)
- Clean drug test
- Experience with Automatic Onboard Recorders is a plus
