Local Class 1 P&D Driver — $22–$25/hr

This local Class 1 driving job in Moncton, NB keeps you off the long haul with steady, local pick-and-drop work using a day cab Cascadia automatic. You'll work about 50 hours a week on a slip-seat truck, with day and night shift options.

Pay

• $22.00–$25.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Exact rate depends on your experience level

• When the truck runs both day and night shifts, both drivers get a slip seat bonus

Schedule

• Sunday to Monday

• Day shift: 6am to 5pm, or night shift: 5pm to 5am

• Roughly 50 hours per week of local work

What you'll haul

• Local pick and delivery (P&D) freight using a day cab tractor

Requirements

• Class 1 Licence

• At least 2 years of tractor trailer experience, or 1 year plus a completed driver training program

• Clean criminal record

• Comfortable operating a pallet jack

• Able to reliably commute to or relocate near Moncton, NB

• Must complete an application, background check, drug test, and driver's test

• Complete a one-day paid online orientation and a few online safety courses before starting
