Hotshot OTR Driver — $1,000–$2,000/Week

Caroline's Express LLC in Bristol, TN is looking for a hotshot driver to run over-the-road freight hauls. You'll be out on the road full time, moving cargo safely and on schedule while keeping up with all the paperwork and inspections that come with the job.

Pay

• $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 per week

What you'll haul

• Hotshot unit freight on OTR runs, with flatbed equipment involved

• You'll plan routes with GPS, track traffic, and keep deliveries on time over long distances

What you'll do

• Load and unload cargo by hand or with equipment, taking care to avoid damage

• Strap down and secure loads correctly for transit

• Keep delivery logs, shipment paperwork and compliance records current for every run

• Check your vehicle before and after each trip and flag any maintenance issues right away

• Follow FMCSA and DOT rules and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• At least 1 year of truck driving experience

• Valid driver's license or CDL

• Comfortable working with flatbed equipment

• Solid understanding of FMCSA and DOT regulations and safety practices

• Able to manually load and unload freight

• Strong GPS navigation and route-planning skills

• Clean driving record with a strong safety focus

• Good communication skills for handling documentation and safety steps

• English language ability

• Willing to travel 100% of the time

• Living near or able to commute to Bristol, TN is preferred
