About this job
Our company is looking for a dependable hotshot driver to haul flatbed loads using a dually truck. You'll be on the road full-time, moving freight safely and on schedule.
Pay
- $1,009.10 to $1,815.26 per week
What you'll haul
- Flatbed trailer freight, towed behind a dually pickup
- You'll be responsible for properly securing each load
Responsibilities
- Plan efficient routes that save fuel and keep deliveries on time
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and trailer checks
- Log hours and mileage accurately
- Stay in touch with dispatch about progress and any road issues
- Follow all applicable driving laws and regulations
Requirements
- Valid CDL and a clean driving history
- Hotshot or flatbed hauling experience
- Background in commercial or delivery driving
- Comfortable operating box trucks and other freight vehicles
- Knowledge of local roads is a plus
- Strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and solid time management, whether working solo or with a team
