About this job
Our company is looking for a local CDL-A driver in Arcadia, FL to run dedicated reefer routes with night shifts and guaranteed home time every day. Both experienced drivers and new CDL-A grads are encouraged to apply.
Pay
- $0.43 to $0.51 per mile, averaging around $1,400 per week
- About 2,200 miles weekly
- $10 per stop, plus $30 extra for short hauls under 90 miles
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
Home time
- Back home every day after finishing your routes
- Works out to about two runs daily
- Schedule runs Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday
- Some weekend and holiday night shifts needed
What you'll haul
- Refrigerated trailers on dedicated local lanes
- Slip-seat setup with live unload at delivery points
Requirements
- Must hold a current Class A CDL
- Open to both trainees and experienced drivers
- No endorsements needed
- Have to live within 25 miles of ZIP 33982
- Solo seat only - no teams or owner-operators
- Cannot be in the SAP program
