FedEx Ground Delivery Driver — $180/Day Starting, No CDL Required

Our company is hiring delivery drivers for FedEx Ground routes based out of Saginaw, Michigan, covering rural areas like Lapeer, Emily City, Attica, Columbiaville and Otter Lake. No CDL or prior delivery experience is needed, and full training is provided.

Pay

• Starting pay is $180 per day, with higher pay available based on experience

• Paid training runs 30 days at $160 per day

• A safety and customer service bonus kicks in after 90 days on the job

• You're paid weekly, every Friday

Schedule

• Five days a week, with one weekend day included (six days during peak season)

• Routes begin at 8 AM and run until all packages are delivered

• Plan on about 8 hours on the road each day

What you'll haul

• You'll run rural delivery routes covering roughly 200 miles round trip daily, on a mix of road conditions

• The company supplies your vehicle - step vans, 18- and 22-foot cutaways, or 14-foot box trucks - along with your uniform and equipment

• The job involves loading and unloading packages, plus regular bending, lifting and getting in and out of the vehicle

Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old

• A valid driver's license with a clean record is required

• You'll need to pass a background check and drug screening

• Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) and move in and out of the vehicle frequently

• A chauffeur's license is preferred, but you can obtain one during training if you don't already have it

• You should be comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
