About this job
Our company is looking for dependable delivery drivers to run FedEx Ground routes out of New Stanton, PA. You will drive a company vehicle to residential and business customers, handling around 90 to 150 stops a day. No CDL is needed for this role.
Pay
- $180.00 to $200.00 per day
- $300 sign-on bonus once you meet the requirements

What you'll drive
- New 2026 P1000 vehicles
What you'll do
- Operate your delivery vehicle safely, following DOT rules and company policy
- Run your assigned route and get packages delivered on time
- Load, unload and arrange packages in the vehicle using proper lifting methods
- Carry packages throughout your shift and work outside in all kinds of weather
- Check your vehicle daily and flag any maintenance or safety issues
- Keep accurate delivery records and proof of delivery
- Treat customers professionally and stay productive working on your own
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs, and move packages up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
- Comfortable working outdoors in any weather
- Reliable, organized and able to manage your time without close supervision
- Must pass a DOT physical, a drug test (including for marijuana), random screenings during employment, and a FedEx Ground background check
