Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Truck Driver — $1,400–$1,700/Week

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes out of Louisville, KY. New CDL grads and experienced drivers are both welcome, running day or night shifts on newer Freightliner equipment.

Pay

• Weekly earnings typically run $1,400-$1,700, with estimated annual pay of $73,000-$85,000

• You'll average around 2,500 miles per week

• Earn an extra $15 per stop

• Mileage rate goes up by $0.01 every three months

• Orientation is paid

Home time

You'll get home either weekly or biweekly, depending on your experience level.

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch dry van freight

• Regional lanes within the Western region

• 2023-2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, governed at 65 MPH

What the job involves

You'll drive assigned regional routes, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep your logs and paperwork accurate, follow DOT rules and company safety policies, deliver loads on time, and stay in regular contact with dispatch.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Must pass hair and urine drug testing

• No history in a SAP program

• No DUI or DWI in the last five years

• Clean driving record preferred, though minor violations may be reviewed individually

• Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply
