About this job
Our company is looking for recent CDL-A graduates to join a regional dry van fleet as W-2 drivers. You'll go through paid training before moving into your own assigned late-model tractor, running consistent regional routes with weekly home time.
Pay
- During the 3 to 5 week paid training period, you'll earn $850 weekly
- Once training wraps up, pay is expected to land between $1,600 and $1,800 per week
- Orientation is paid, and direct deposit lands every Friday
- There are extra bonus opportunities tied to safety and performance
Home time
You'll be on a regular regional schedule that gets you home every week, rather than staying out for extended stretches.
What you'll haul
The work is mostly no-touch dry van freight, with a large portion being drop and hook. Drivers are assigned a 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth.
Requirements
- A valid Class A CDL
- ELDT completed with an FMCSA-registered training provider, including at least 120 hours of instruction
- A clean enough driving record to meet company standards
- Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Enrolled in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Meets all DOT and company hiring requirements
