Our company offers new CDL-A graduates a structured path into regional trucking, starting with paid mentor training and moving into a solo seat on an assigned truck.
Pay
- Paid mentor phase pays $850 per week
- After completing mentor training, solo drivers typically earn $1,600-$1,800 or more per week
- Orientation is paid, and paychecks go out every Friday
Home time
- Drivers return home weekly or every other week
What you'll haul
- No-touch dry van loads across the Eastern Regional Fleet
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Recently finished an accredited CDL program with at least 120 training hours
- Clean driving history
- Able to satisfy DOT and FMCSA rules
- Professional, safety-minded attitude and willingness to keep learning
