Entry-Level CDL-A Regional Driver — Paid Mentor Program

Our company is looking for recent CDL-A graduates to start a regional driving career out of the Philadelphia, PA area. You'll begin with paid, one-on-one mentor training before moving into your own truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Pay

• Training pay: $850 per week

• After the mentor program, solo drivers typically earn $1,600-$1,800+ per week

• Paid every Friday, plus paid orientation

• Annual pay is listed as $77,000-$88,000

Home time

• Weekly or biweekly home time available

• No-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Regional Fleet

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Graduated recently from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 training hours

• Clean driving record

• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA standards

• Safety-minded and willing to learn
