About this job
Our company helps new CDL-A grads build a regional driving career. You'll start out riding with a paid mentor one-on-one, then move into your own truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
Pay
- Mentor training pays $850 per week
- Once you finish the mentor program and go solo, expect $1,600-$1,800+ per week
- Orientation is paid
- You're paid every Friday
Home time
You'll get home either weekly or bi-weekly.
What you'll haul
You'll run no-touch dry van loads across the Eastern Regional Fleet. The job also comes with company-paid tolls, a fuel program, round-the-clock dispatch support, and the option to bring a pet or rider.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
- At least 120 hours of CDL training completed
- Clean driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA standards
- Ready to learn, communicate well, and drive safely
