About this job

Our company is looking for brand-new CDL-A holders to run regional freight routes. You don't need any professional driving experience — finishing CDL school with at least 120 hours of training and your ELDT certification is enough to get started.

Pay

  • Earn $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, running about 2,700 miles a week
  • That works out to roughly $1,550 to $1,780 in weekly take-home pay

Home time

  • Regional runs with time at home weekly or every other week
  • Trainee roles available for those just starting out in trucking

What you'll do

  • Drive a Class A truck safely on regional lanes
  • Handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Follow DOT rules, including hours-of-service limits
  • Keep accurate logs and delivery paperwork
  • Get freight there on time and stay in touch with dispatch
  • Stick to company safety standards on the road

Requirements

  • Current Class A CDL
  • At least 120 hours of CDL school training completed
  • ELDT finished through an FMCSA-registered provider
  • A clean enough driving record
  • Able to pass a DOT drug test and register with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

Our company is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants regardless of arrest or conviction history.
