About this job
Our company is looking for brand-new CDL-A holders to run regional freight routes. If you just finished CDL school, this role lets you start earning real miles and gaining experience, with no prior professional driving time required.
Pay
- Earn $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, averaging about 2,700 miles a week
- That works out to roughly $1,550 to $1,780 in weekly take-home pay
Home time
- Get home weekly, or every other week depending on the route
What you'll haul

Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have finished at least 120 hours of CDL school training
- Completed Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) through an FMCSA-registered provider
- Keep a clean driving history
- Able to pass a DOT drug screening and register with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
- No professional driving background needed
What you'll do
- Drive a Class A truck safely on regional lanes
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Follow DOT rules, including hours-of-service limits
- Keep accurate logs and delivery paperwork
- Stay on schedule and keep dispatch updated
- Follow company safety standards
