About this job
Our company is looking for an entry level CDL-A driver to run over-the-road routes across the Lower 48 states. You'll drive newer equipment and get home every two weeks between runs.
Pay
- 55+ CPM (cents per mile)
Home time
- Home every two weeks
What you'll haul
- OTR freight across the Lower 48 states, following assigned routes and customer schedules
Equipment
- Brand new trucks
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A (CDL-A)
- Legally authorized to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Safety-minded, professional approach and ready to handle OTR schedules
What the job involves
- Safely operate your tractor-trailer under federal, state and company rules
- Do pre- and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Keep accurate logs in line with Hours of Service rules and company policy
- Stay in contact with dispatch and follow routing and safety guidance
