Entry-Level CDL-A Driver — Paid Training, $1,000/Week Guarantee

New to driving but hold your CDL-A? This western regional fleet will train you on the road, pay you weekly while you learn, and guarantee your pay through your first months behind the wheel solo.

Getting started

• You'll ride along with an experienced trainer, hauling real loads

• You'll earn $900 weekly throughout the training period

• Once your trainer clears you, you'll move into your own truck at full pay

• Your first 3 months driving solo come with a $1,000 weekly guarantee

What you'll haul

• Dry van loads throughout the western states, west of the Mississippi

• About 2,000 miles weekly

• You'll be home every 2 weeks

• Dispatch runs both day and night, and weekend driving is part of the job

Pay

• Weekly earnings average $1,500

• Mileage pay starts at 50 cents per mile

• You'll get $15 for each stop

• A monthly bonus rewards strong driver performance

Requirements

• Class A CDL, age 21 or up

• At least 120 hours of training completed at an accredited CDL school
