Our company is looking for a dependable DZ driver to join the Apex Motor Express team, running a Monday-to-Friday morning shift. You'll move freight and heavy equipment on local routes while keeping safety and service front and center.
Pay
- $176.00-$184.00 per day
Schedule
- Morning shift, Monday to Friday
What you'll haul
- Freight and heavy equipment, loaded and unloaded with forklifts and pallet jacks
Requirements
- Valid DZ license with a clean driving record
- At least 3 years of DZ driving experience
- No more than 3 demerit points or 1 offence on your record
- Clean background check
- Comfortable using a pallet jack and tailgate
- Able to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in varied weather
- Basic automotive troubleshooting skills
What you'll do
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep accurate delivery logs and freight paperwork
- Coordinate with dispatchers and customers to resolve delivery issues
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws
