About this job
Our company in Toronto needs a DZ-licensed driver who can run a 10-13 speed manual flatbed truck and operate a boom to deliver construction materials across the GTA.
Pay
- Starting at $35.00 per hour
- Scheduled for at least 37.0 hours weekly
What you'll haul
- Building materials to construction sites around the GTA
- Using the boom to lift, place and unload loads at each site
Requirements
- Valid DZ license
- 0–8 ton boom certification
- Able to run a 10-13 speed manual transmission
- Comfortable working at heights and following PPE/OSHA safety rules
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with site crews on delivery timing and safety steps
- Check equipment regularly and flag any mechanical problems
- Make sure loads are secured before they're lifted or moved
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, inspections and daily logs
