About this job
Our company is hiring a haul truck operator for a project near Timmins, ON, starting right away. The job pays by the hour and runs on a rotating day and night schedule. Applications stay open until the role is filled.
Pay
- $32.00 to $34.00 per hour, full-time
Schedule
- 5-4-5-7 rotation covering days and nights
- Work is in person on site
What you'll do
- Get your equipment ready for each day's work
- Run your machine following the site's operating procedures
- Keep the work area clean and report safety hazards
- Spot problems in operations or maintenance and communicate well with your crew
Requirements
- A DZ or AZ licence
- A clean driver's abstract
- Secondary school diploma preferred
- Experience with graders, loaders, plow trucks or water trucks counts as an asset
- Good organizational and people skills
- A 3 month probation period applies
