DZ/AZ Driver/Operator — $30–$35/hr

Our company in Vars, Ontario has a full-time, permanent, year-round opening for a hands-on Driver/Operator who can handle a boom truck, concrete pump and stone slinger. The role pays $30.00–$35.00 per hour, with hours running 40 to 55 per week.

Pay

• $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications

What you'll do

• Operate a boom truck, concrete pump and stone slinger at different job sites

• Handle deliveries and site work as assigned

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections and flag any maintenance or safety issues

• Set up and maintain equipment according to safety procedures

• Help with loading, unloading and general site prep

• Keep your truck and work area clean and organized

• Stay in contact with customers, dispatch and your team

• Fill out logs, paperwork and inspection reports

Requirements

• Valid Ontario DZ or AZ licence

• At least 3 years behind the wheel

• Clean driving record that meets the company's insurance standards

• Boom truck, concrete pump or stone slinger experience is a plus, not mandatory

• Mechanically inclined with a safety-first mindset

• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks

• Willing to cross-train on different equipment
